- The Honeymoon suite. This beautiful room comes with a midnight snack with fresh fruit, crackers and cheese, coffee or tea. Lighted Candles with a rose petal pathway to bed and a bottle of wine to toast the night, two soft and comfy full length robes entice you to relax before a fitful slumber to morning breakfast
- 2 additional rooms for out of town guests? Or in town relatives? Whomever you choose they will be encased in down filled comfort overlooking the rear or front gardens robes and breakfast will entice all to get up, eventually?
- Bright natural light allows makeup to be natural and hair and nails to be exquisite, a Makeup Room is yours for the day, just a touch-up by yourself or a full blown refit by a cosmetic professional, bring your Bridesmaids and have some laughs ease the tension and photograph the results
- Shoot on sight, the photographer will have ample opportunities, numerous places to pose, including a 1961 Mercedes Convertible Roadster placed against a backdrop of trees on the front lawn, benches a fountain, flower gardens and well kept lawns will keep the photos coming and your guests talking
- The day before, bring your decorations and all the help you need to decorate for the big day. Bring all the items for the wedding day dresses, extra clothing, shoes, gifts, hats, bonnets, flowers wine, liquor, soda and anything else your likely to forget, you have between the hours of 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Should you wish to have a rehearsal this would be a great day for a trial run!
- Your Wedding Day check in time is 9:00 am for you or any of the guests staying with us overnight, anyone included in the wedding party or required to be here for hair ,makeup, nails, flowers ect. are welcome anytime. Please remember, room is limited and the staff of Willoughby Manor also have to complete their setup for your day, your way

Your main buffet meal is included in your package and charged at $28.00 per person. This is a Buffet style presentation; however, a plated meal is also available at a slightly higher cost.
One of your relatives has a favourite dish that they wish to bring, please feel free to have the dish accompany them to your wedding we will be honoured to serve it
Surprise your guests with a snack after your ceremony while pictures are being taken around the property
A late night snack includes a vegetable tray, a cold meat selection with buns, a variety of pickles and pastries to satisfy the hungry and the sweet tooth just the right menu to wind down the evening festivities

- Transportation from parking place to main site via our golf cart. Please provide a responsible driver.
Alcohol will be your responsibility. We can provide you with the necessary information as to the documentation you will require for that day. All extra alcohol must be removed from the site at the evening’s end. Please discuss with us your hired bartenders responsibilities for the evening.
As an extra service Willoughby Manor can help arrange the following for you.

Decorations.
All decorating with the exception of the supplied decorations in the Main Venue will be up to you and your decorating team and must be completed the day before the wedding at 6:00 pm, this requirement is to allow Willoughby Manor’s staff unimpeded access to the grounds to complete the days setup. Willoughby Manor’s staff will take the decorations down for you where you can make arrangements to retrieve them if you so wish the next day.
